Reiki 1 Attunement – In this training you will learn about the history of Reiki, receive an individual attunement to healing Reiki energy and learn hand positions for self-treatment and giving healing Reiki energy to others. You will also have the opportunity to practice Reiki during the training. You will receive a comprehensive manual, and ongoing telephone and email support.
You will leave the training with all you need to begin to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
Reiki 2 Attunement – In this training you will dive more deeply into your practice and understanding of Reiki, receiving three of the Reiki symbols and mantras. You will learn techniques for distance healing and for focus on specific areas. Reiki 2 attunement allows you to open to deeper mental, emotional and spiritual healing. You will receive a comprehensive manual and experience hands-on practice and ongoing email and telephone support.
Training for each level generally takes place in one session lasting 6 to 8 hours, depending on the size of the group, with continuing email and phone support following the training.
