Attunements are rituals and trainings that awaken the Reiki energy within you. This will give you the ability to channel more of that energy to yourself and others. Attunements are normally done in a workshop format with each student receiving their individual attunement and then learning the additional information offered together. However, if preferred, private attunements are also available.
Reiki One Attunement
No prerequisite – Open to everyone
In this training you will learn about the history of Reiki, receive an individual attunement to healing Reiki energy and learn hand positions for self-treatment and giving healing Reiki energy to others. You will also have the opportunity to practice Reiki during the training. You will receive a comprehensive manual, and ongoing telephone and email support.
You will leave the training with all you need to begin to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
Reiki Level 2 Training & Attunement
Pre-Requisite: Usui Reiki Level 1
In this training you will dive more deeply into your practice and understanding of Reiki, receiving three of the Reiki symbols and mantras. You will learn techniques for distance healing and for focus on specific areas. Reiki 2 attunement allows you to open to deeper mental, emotional and spiritual healing. You will receive a comprehensive manual and experience hands-on practice and ongoing email and telephone support.
Reiki Master Level Training & Attunement
Pre-requisite: Usui Reiki Level 1 & Level 2
In Reiki Master training you will dive deeper into your personal practice and relationship with Reiki energy. You will receive the fourth symbol used in Usui Reiki – the Master Symbol – as well as a Master attunement. You will also be taught the steps to give Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Master attunements. We will spend time practicing attunements so that you are prepared to teach others. We will also talk about chakra balancing and methods to protect yourself from taking on energy and emotions that are not yours. You will receive a comprehensive manual and experience hands-on practice and ongoing email and telephone support.
