Private Yoga sessions are tailored to support each client’s individual needs. Yoga sessions can be combined with any of the variety of holistic therapeutic modalities I offer such as Reiki, breathwork, meditation, conversation, chakra balancing and other healing practices.
I offer gentle Yoga to stretch, relax and destress your body and mind. This includes various yoga practices, such as gentle stretch, restorative, slow flow and Kundalini Yoga.
I offer In-Office & Virtual Sessions via Zoom, FaceTime or over the phone.
